Our website is open and we are processing and shipping orders as usual, with some 1-2 day delays in shipment delivery times by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Our customer service hours are operating as normal, with live support via phone and chat from 12pm - 6pm Monday through Saturday.

Backorders and preorders are being filled as quickly as possible and we are receiving shipments from vendors daily.

Returns are still accepted within 90 days of receiving your order.

Retail Store & Retail Service (Lincoln, Nebraska)

Our Lincoln, Nebraska Flagship Retail Bicycle Shop & Service Department is open for sales and service as normal from 12pm - 6pm Monday through Saturday. Local laws require face coverings and maintaining a 6’ social distance.
